You will receive a question, asking you to message self park or valet. You will then receive another message that asks you to message us with your ticket #, which is located on the upper right corner of your ticket. Further details will follow after you message the ticket # to us.  If you do NOT have your ticket # available, text NO. If you need help,  message the word HELP. Most manufactures recommend that you have your oil changed every 3,000 miles or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Our highly trained service technicians are ready to care for your vehicle during your stay. Our fees are competitive. Remain worry-free and allow us to keep your vehicle well-maintained.

It is not necessary, but highly recommended in order to guarantee that we will accept your vehicle when you arrive. Keep in mind that you may have to leave your keys with us, especially during holidays, so that our valet team can park your vehicle for you. There is no additional fee for valet services. Additionally, we now give you the option to pay ahead of time on our website via credit card or ACH debit when reserving. You can reserve without paying prior to your trip, but doing so will make the process more efficient and give you peace of mind that everything is complete and ready for you when you get here.

Not only do we offer daily and weekly parking, we also have monthly and quarterly contract parking if you travel quite extensively. These extended contracts allow you exclusive, in-and-out parking privileges during the period of the contract. For more information, click Services-Rates

Yes. In fact, there is no additional fee for valet parking. We take pride in helping you with your vehicle. Please keep in mind that you may have to leave your keys with us, so that we can park your vehicle, especially during the holidays (see our Holiday Travel periods).

There is a three-step process, which is really easy. Visit our Loyalty Program page and complete our general form first, then go to to register your rewards account. You can download the free app from either Apple’s app store or Google’s Play Store for android users (see the respective tabs on After signing up for the Loyalty Program, each dollar spent earns the customer one (1) Reward Point.
