“After a bad experience at another lot, I was in search of a new place to park. I went ahead and made a reservation with SDAP and am SO glad I did. In the office, they were efficient getting my car checked in as well as getting me checked out upon my return. I had no issues with the shuttle service. The time span between me calling and the shuttle picking me up on the platform was only 5 minutes. I am very excited to have found a great company with great rates to leave my car with while I am away!"
I'll definitely use SDAP again next time.
"Had a great first experience with SDAP. Friendly service, reasonable rates, prompt shuttle service to and from the airport, and they offer a military discount. I also like the ability to text them for a shuttle ride after you've picked up your bags from baggage claim. The shuttle arrived within 5 minutes of me texting them. The shuttle drivers were both very friendly and our car was ready and damage-free as soon as we arrived back at the lot. Their frequent customer card ($10 credit for every $100 spent) is a nice bonus."

"I've used other parking lots before, but this was my first time booking here (10/14-10/16). The online/pre-paid reservation process was simple and quick. Drop off/check in was speedy. Chris helped me out in the office and Peter was my shuttle driver. I had absolutely no issues with them and felt fine leaving my car. Upon return, I called for the shuttle pick up and Cisco was there within 5 minutes. Once I returned to the lot, I was in and out in no time at all. My car looked fine. No dings, dents, or scratches. The staff in the office also informed me about other services they offer as well. I have no complaints about the service I received and would most likely come back."

"Parked and shuttle was there in one minute, great driver who was super friendly, and got to the airport quickly. Upon return I called them and said they were sending a shuttle. I knew ahead it would be a 10-15 minute wait and it was exactly 15 minutes. Driver this time was also really nice and conversational. Got dropped off and had prepaid so it was a quick exit."

"My experience with them (San Diego Parking Co.) was great. I made a reservation 2 hours before my arrival and they took me in without any problems. We left our mini van while on a Disney Cruise and we got a free shuttle ride to the port by a very nice man. He asked if we were okay to stop by the airport for another pick up before heading to the port. This took no more than 10-15 minutes. On our return we had been told to call to schedule a pick, we were given an approximate 30 minute wait but it was less then 30 minutes. The driver was concerned that he could not take everyone back as he took my family of 4 with another family of 7 so he immediately called the office to let them know to send a third shuttle as there was already a second shuttle 5 minutes behind."
All the people we encountered were nice & friendly. (in the office & the shuttle drivers).
"Easy place to get to although our first time, we weren't sure where to park - turns out you can just park by the office & they'll either tell you where to park or tell you to leave the car and they'll move it later. We didn't have to wait until the shuttle was full, we just got in the van & the driver took us to the terminal. Upon our return, we called, the shuttle came & brought us back. Some of the other places we used to park would circle the different terminals a few times so it was nice they brought us straight back to the lot."
